Troubadour Kerry Grombacher offers two Clark County performances

Western troubadour Kerry Grombacher will offer his traveling show, “Songs and Stories of the American West,” at Fort Vancouver Regional Library branches from Sept. 5 to 9, including libraries in Stevenson and Goldendale. Clark County performances are at 6 p.m. Sept. 5 at Cascade Park Community Library, 600 N.E. 136th Ave., Vancouver, and 4 p.m. Sept. 7 at Ridgefield Community Library, 210 N. Main Ave., Ridgefield. Admission is free.

Grombacher’s contemporary folk and western songs paint portraits and tell stories from the bayous of Louisiana and the desert of the Southwestern to the Hi-Line of Montana and the forests of the Pacific Northwest. “Range of the Buffalo,” the title track of his 2021 CD, was named Song of the Year by the International Western Music Association.
