WSU Clark County Extension Master Gardeners will host an online drip irrigation workshop from 6 to 7:30 p.m. July 25. If you’re spending hours hand-watering your plants or if you’re noticing Washington’s once-ample rainfall can no longer be depended on, this 90-minute presentation on drip irrigation will offer a new irrigation strategy. Join WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners Linda Tracy and John Tracy for an introductory presentation on DIY drip irrigation. The Tracys will explore drip irrigation’s origins, basic concepts, advantages and disadvantages, and talk about how to get started. This is an overview rather than a detailed or technical workshop, but attendees should go away with enough tools and resources to try it themselves. Register at wsu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJwpduivqjgsH9XQADwDEPEhrxB67c-QIF14. After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Participants must have a (free) Zoom account to join; download Zoom at zoom.us.
