All Saints Episcopal Church, 2206 N.W. 99th St., Vancouver, presents a free concert featuring the Big Foot Bones Trombone Quartet at 7 p.m. Aug. 23. Grounds open at 6 p.m. Guests should bring lawn chairs, blankets and a picnic supper. Attendees can also enjoy fry bread and other refreshments, available with a donation.
