Columbia Play Project presents the second annual Grandparents Play Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Marshall Park in downtown Vancouver. This event is open to any grandparent, parent, kid, caregiver or anyone else. Participation is free.

The Vancouver Community Concert Band is performing a free concert at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 at Marshall Park for Grandparents Play Day.
