The Vancouver Community Concert Band is performing a free concert at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 at Marshall Park for Grandparents Play Day. This 60-member, all-volunteer band will play family favorites from Disney and Harry Potter, Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Arc as well as stirring marches like "You're a Grand Old Flag."
