ilani BBQ Fest is June 8-11 at ilani Casino Resort, 1 Cowlitz Way, Ridgefield. Enjoy Bourbon and Barbecue Bites from 7 to 8:30 p.m. June 8 at Michael Jordan’s Steak House; tickets are $79 per person. Attend Party with the Pitmasters, featuring barbecue samples and drink pairings with celebrity chefs from 7 to 9:30 p.m. June 9 in the Cowlitz Ballroom; tickets are $95 per person. Savor a BBQ, Beer, Bubble and Bloody Brunch with four seatings from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and noon to 1:30 p.m. June 10 and 11 in the Cowlitz Ballroom; tickets are $65 per person. The Barbecue Fest is noon to 6 p.m. June 10 and 11 on the rooftop level of ilani’s parking garage, features cooking demonstrations, tastings and drinks; tickets range from $44 to $49 each. The Lady Pitmasters’ Poolside Party from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. June 10 at the hotel pool patio features top female pitmasters; tickets are $75 per person. Designated driver tickets are available.
