Elk’s Hoop Shoot

The Elks Hoop Shoot from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 4 is a basketball free-throw contest for all children ages 8 to 13. It’s as easy as shooting and making a free throw. The event, at Vancouver Elks Lodge #823, is open to multiple age groups. The best free-throwers in each category will progress to state, regional and national levels.
