Make a Difference Day Tree Planting in Vancouver

The Watershed Alliance of Southwest Washington will host a volunteer tree-planting event from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 26 at Burnt Bridge Creek, starting at N.E. 18th Court, Vancouver (near the west entrance of Arnold Park). Volunteers should wear long pants, closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. Volunteers should bring their own water and snacks. A Spanish translator will be available.
