NAACP Vancouver hosts “Courageous Conversations: Breaking the Stigma of Mental Health,” featuring a candid conversation with Antonio Salazar-Hobson, author, lawyer and mental health advocate, at Clark College’s Gaiser Hall, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way.
