Clark College will offer a free lunchtime keynote speech by Bettina L. Love, the author of the New York Times bestselling “Punished for Dreaming: How School Reform Harms Black Children and How We Heal” from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 23 in the Gaiser Student Center at Clark College. A discussion about the book will meet the previous day, Jan. 22, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Penguin Union Building 161.
