Camas Girls’ Night Out is an evening of shopping, pampering, art and dining to benefit Pink Lemonade Project and the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Oregon/SW Washington. The event is from 4 to 9 p.m. Sept. 22 in downtown Camas. Advance tickets are $20 at eventbrite.com/e/camas-girls-night-out-2022-tickets-395468957297. Tickets are $25 starting at 3 p.m. on the day of the event at Journey Church on Fourth Avenue and Birch Street. Advance ticket holders should check in here to receive a schedule of activities for the evening as well as other goodies. Cancer survivors receive a special gift with registration.
The “Self-Care Suite” is located inside the lobby at Fuel Medical. The suite will be filled with wellness and beauty merchants offering complimentary services such as eyebrow threading, breathing exercises, chair massages, zero-gravity chair with LED light therapy and relaxing yoga to make event-goers feel pampered and cared for. The space will be filled with flowers provided by Coventry Gardens of London with live music by jazz guitarist Bret Malmquist.
Attendees can purchase specialty cocktails at the Pink Lemonade Stand inside Lily Atelier, hosted by and benefiting the Pink Lemonade Project. They will host the Bra Pong game, a longtime crowd favorite. Games and activities will be offered throughout downtown, as well as raffles for a variety of prizes including a $500 downtown Camas gift card tree. DJ Linus will create an upbeat music experience. Free parking is available in the city parking lot on Adams Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. There will be a drop off location in front of Truly Scrumptious, 231 N.E.
