Ceramics 101

Ilwaco Artworks will host a Ceramics 101 class from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 24 at 109 First Ave. N., Ilwaco. Class is $45 and includes clay, glazing and firing. Beginners will learn basic hand-building techniques, surface design and glazing. There will be a demonstration of common tools and techniques, surface design and clear glazing with studio time. Shipping is available for finished work.
