French Brasserie Cooking Class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a French brasserie class at 6 p.m. June 12 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook classic French comfort food, such as steak frites, French onion baked brie, croque monsieur and lemon curd profiteroles. Classes are priced from $75 to $120.
