Friends of Trees Crew Leader Training

Do you want to combat climate change and do you like being outside and getting your hands dirty? Join Friends of Trees‘ planting crew. Get complete details and register at friendsoftrees.org/volunteer/how-to-volunteer/crew-leader/. Online training, available Oct. 15-29, is free. Volunteers are expected to commit 20 hours, including online training and four planting events. Planting events are mostly on Saturday mornings from October through May, with five options in Vancouver and dozens more in the Portland metro area. Crew leaders are particularly needed in Vancouver.
