Homeless Persons Memorial Day

The Council for the Homeless will observe Homeless Persons Memorial Day at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1309 Franklin St., from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 21.
The event will acknowledge and honor the lives of those affected by homelessness that were lost this year.
A candlelight vigil and gathering will be outside the front of the church. Refreshments and fellowship inside St. Paul following the event.
