ilani Wine and Food Fest, Aug. 10-13

The ilani Wine and Food Fest returns Aug. 10-13 with rooftop wine tastings, celebrity chef demonstrations and specialty food pairings. Events will be held throughout the resort, including poolside at the new ilani Hotel. Participating chefs include Alton Brown, Maneet Chauhan, Nyesha Arrington, Marc Murphy, Andrew Zimmerman, Lamar Moore, Brian Duffy, Alex Belew, Shari Mukherjee, Monti Carlo, Deanna Colón, Mary Cressler and Sean Martin. Events include a vintner’s dinner at Michael Jordan Steakhouse at 7 p.m. Aug. 10 ($223); poolside dine-around at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10 ($64); celebrity chef dine-around at 7:30 p.m. Aug 11 ($95); champagne and cocktail brunch at 10 a.m. Aug. 12 and 13 ($59); rooftop grand tasting at noon and 5 p.m. Aug. 12 and noon Aug. 13 ($59); and the vintage elite cru at 4 p.m. Aug. 12 ($105).
