Music in the Garden

Enjoy “Crossing Paths,” featuring live music at Leach Botanical Garden, 6704 SE 122nd Ave., Portland, from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 28. Attendees can bring a picnic dinner to enjoy on the grass and stroll through the garden to discover special sound installations. At 5 p.m., The Rose City Brass Quintet set begins followed by repeating musical performances by Cascadia Composers at different locations throughout the garden. Beer and wine will be sold on site. Adult admission is $25. Kids 12 and under are free. Professional artists and seniors are $15. Students are $10. Proceeds benefit Cascadia Composers.
