Camas Public Library hosts a free online Mindfulness Meditation group class. Each week, instructor Kirsten Muskat will focus on a theme from the book, “How to Train a Wild Elephant and Other Adventures in Mindfulness,” by Jan Chozen Bays. The book offers 53 exercises for incorporating mindfulness into a daily routine.
