Southwest Washington Winery Association Valentine’s Wine and Chocolate Festival

Between Feb. 9 and 18, 23 wineries and tasting rooms of the Southwest Washington Winery Association in Clark and Cowlitz counties will hold their annual St. Valentine’s Wine and Chocolate Festival.
