Washington State University hosts “Classroom to Career” Series

Washington State University Vancouver will host a five-part series, “Classroom to Career,” designed for students who are interested in college but undecided about a major. This series will allow prospective students to explore majors and careers by theme. At each event, faculty, students and alumni will share their experiences and answer questions. All events are free and open to the public. The first event, focusing on sciences and pre-health, is 5 to 6:30 p.m. March 9. Majors to be explored on March 9 include biology, chemistry, earth and environmental science, human biology, human development, neuroscience and nursing. Events will be held in Room 110 of the Dengerink Administration Building on campus at 14204 N.E. Salmon Creek Ave., Vancouver.
