The Clark County Council for the Homeless presents a free webinar from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 1, “How to Help Keep People Warm and Safe This Winter.” Emergency shelter beds in Clark County are added each winter. There are many ways to get involved and help. The webinar will discuss what opportunities are available and how to help keep our neighbors without homes safe and warm during the coldest months of the year.
