A Wellness in the Park event will be held in Esther Short Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 10.
The event will include a series of exercise classes, live music, and opportunities to speak with local health professionals, all free of charge.
Schedule of events is as follows:
9 a.m. – A yoga session lead by Jane McIntosh
10 a.m. – High intensity workout lead by Northwest Personal Training
10:30 a.m. – Body Pump lead by Anytime Fitness
11 a.m. – A stretching/yoga class lead by Northwest Personal Training
Noon – A body weight exercise class lead by Kara Krump
