This type of meditation encourages self-observation by focusing on the inner self in a non-judgmental way. There's a $1 to $10 suggested donation to participate but no one will be turned away.

Bethel Lutheran Church will offer a free concert at 2 p.m. Nov. 10 with performer Lasana Kanneh. IJenNeh (pronounced “eye gin nay”) means "heaven" in Kanneh's native dialect of Mandingo.
